Target Operating Model (TOM)
We define who decides, who delivers and who answers for the result on the way from data creation to the data product – across platform and departmental boundaries. That covers the processes between the parties involved and the interfaces to the business, IT operations and suppliers. The result is a model that works day to day and provides a route to a decision when there is disagreement.
Scalable delivery organisation
Central, decentral or hub-and-spoke: each form has its price, and the choice depends on your size, your regulatory obligations and how mature the business units are. We assess the options for your starting point, recommend one and support the rollout until the organisation can do the work. Including the case where the first version jams in practice and has to be adjusted.
People, skills and teams
Capabilities should be built where they stay: in your team. We work alongside you day to day, coach the people in charge and train on the tools your platforms actually use. Which profiles you need, and which of them you can realistically hire, we settle beforehand.
Managed Capacity
