Context
Between the platforms, no one is in charge.
Few organisations have one data platform. They have three: the SAP core that runs the business processes, a cloud platform such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Google BigQuery for analytics and AI, plus data warehouses that have grown up in their own data centre. Each world has its own technology, its own set of tools and its own team with specific knowledge.
Within a platform, this usually works. The problem lies in between. Rarely is anyone responsible for the stretch between the platforms: the same metric is produced twice with two different definitions, data gets copied because copying is quicker than clarifying, and what that costs only shows up on the invoice two quarters later. We take on that stretch.

Design and deliver across platform boundaries
Where there used to be one data platform, several now run side by side, and their number keeps growing. We establish which capabilities sit on which platform and how they work together: in business terms, what the data means; technically, how it is processed; and operationally, what it takes to keep things running.
Data and integration architecture
We design how your platforms work together: where data originates, where logic runs, what gets replicated and what stays where it is, reached through open formats and sharing mechanisms. That includes the uncomfortable questions. Which version is authoritative, who writes back, what happens when one side goes down?
Data product and data quality management
We scope data products so they can be used across several platforms, with distributed data storage and one owner per product instead of shared responsibility. Between the teams involved, a data contract sets out what is delivered, at what quality and how current – and how compliance with that is measured. We support the implementation through to sign-off.
Data Platform Migration
We move data and logic out of legacy warehouses into the target platform: planning, execution, testing, parallel operation and decommissioning. For analysis, translation and testing we rely on AI agents that work out structures and dependencies and rewrite code. People decide and people sign off.
Costs: analysis, forecasting, optimisation
Consumption-based cloud platforms and licensed SAP or on-premise environments are priced on different logics. We make the cost per workload visible, work through the options before a decision is taken, and derive from that which data and which processing belong on which platform. Cost is a design criterion here, not an afterthought.
